What is plywood packing?
Plywood packing is cheap plywood for packaging purposes. Despite being affordable, HG Plywood’s packaged plywood is a firm, competitive price and is the ideal packaging material for making packaging boxes.
For packaged plywood products, the appearance of plywood is usually not essential. Customers generally require low-end plywood/backs to pack plywood to reduce packaging costs. However, some customers may also want excellent quality plywood for packaging. Anyway, the packing plywood must be strong enough.

Back wood / back for plywood packing
Customers usually require the side / back side to pack plywood:
Solid red wood back / DBB / CC type or Utility;
C / C type face / back;
Class C / C (can also be called class E / E) face / back
Regarding core wood
Core wood can be poplar, hardwood, or black acacia. But with our manufacturing experience, poplar or acacia is much more appropriate and economical for packaging plywood than hardwood. However, if the customer wants us to use hardwood or birch for the plywood packaging core, we can all respond to the customer’s request.
About glue used in plywood packaging
If won-packed plywood is used in a humid environment, MR glue is a great option. But if customers want better bonding strength, you can also choose melamine glue. Some customers may require phenolic glue to pack plywood, which is okay because the customer is always god.
