What is Film faced plywood ?
Film-faced plywood is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, waterproof, easy to mix with other materials, and easy to clean and cut.
The surface of film face plywood is usually pasted with a waterproof paint layer, making it highly resistant to water and abrasion. Therefore, film face is often used in an open environment in construction (for example, warehouses, trains, truck decks, sidewalks, etc.)

At the H&G Plywood factory, plywood facing film is made of veneer wood, glue and film. The core of the film face is made from thin veneer wood panels. They are stacked together with the grain direction of the layer other than its neighbors by 90 degrees (diagonal strips), fitted with wood veneer with glue.
First of all, the pre-treatment and repair the core to shape and flat. Then, a hot press softens the heart, ensuring the veneer is glued together.

Sanding is for a smooth surface. With a hot laminator, the next step is to film the plywood in good shape with good quality film.
Finally, the selection and removal of boards that do not meet the quality requirements. Then comes the packaging.
